The case was resolved when the defendant agreed to stop selling the product and pay damages in an amount over ten times the attorneys fees accumulated during the suit.
Parr Brown attorneys represented a German academic institute against charges in California of patent infringement regarding clean room technology. Within six months the case was dismissed.
