Robert Clark Receives Federal Bar Award
The law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Robert S. Clark received the Earl W. Kintner Award for Distinguished Service during the Federal Bar Association's Annual Convention held on September 20th. The Kintner Award, named in honor of the late national President Earl W. Kintner, recognizes a member of the Federal Bar Association who has displayed outstanding achievement, distinguished leadership, and participation in the activities of the association's chapters, sections, and divisions throughout the nation."Rob Clark was a natural choice for this award,' noted Jonathan O. Hafen, President of the Federal Bar Association's Utah Chapter and attorney with Parr Waddoups. The Federal Bar Association (FBA) is the second largest legal association in the country, with over 16,000 members. He added, "Rob has played a key role in restructuring the governance of the FBA and has worked faithfully to promote the FBA's mission. I can think of no one who expected this award less and deserved it more."
Robert Clark, a senior litigator with Parr Waddoups, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and was recognized as a Joseph Fielding Smith Scholar. Mr. Clark was named one of the top general commercial litigation lawyers in Utah in the 2008 edition of Chambers' USA - America's Leading Business Lawyers, and was recognized for his business litigation skills in the 2008 editions of Utah Business Magazine's "Legal Elite", Mountain States Super Lawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America.
