Terry Welch has been involved in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations in federal and state courts. He swiftly and successfully completes jury trials as well as complex commercial litigation requiring dozens of witnesses and extensive discovery. His approach to litigation is to understand and focus on his clients' business needs, then use innovative legal reasoning combined with knowledgeable trial, litigation and negotiation strategies.
