His enthusiasm and zeal extended to those with whom he worked. As a result of his commitment to teaching, mentoring and constant improvement, he leaves behind a highly capable team that will continue his legacy of being an indispensable asset to our clients.” Loveless also dedicated much of his time to humanitarian and philanthropic work. He was an artist when it came to mergers and acquisition work, and was a leader not only in the firm, but in the community as well. Scott was a devoted family man and he loved the outdoors. As a matter of fact, the only time when he didn’t exude humility was when he declared he was the greatest fisherman of all time. He will be missed.” Parr Brown Gee and Loveless will carry on the strength and superior quality of corporate legal practice efforts.
