Rodger Burge is a member of the firm's commercial litigation and business transactions groups, with emphasis on contract and employment disputes, employment litigation as well as general business and corporate law. He has handled litigation matters before federal and state courts as well as appeals before the Utah Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Burge is experienced in resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Burge was listed in the 2004, 2007-2009, and 2011-2012 editions of Utah Business magazine's Utah's Legal Elite. He was also listed in the 2008 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
