Robert Clark has extensive experience in complex litigation, representing local and national companies with respect to securities, class actions, trade secrets, contracts, antitrust, real estate, corporate governance, intellectual property, breach of warranty, shareholder derivative actions, Federal Tort Claims Act, Endangered Species Act, nonprofit corporations, and numerous other issues. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts including trials, arbitrations, temporary restraining orders, injunctions, actions for declaratory relief, appeals, and settlements.
Mr. Clark was President of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association in 1999/2000. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University and was recognized as a Joseph Fielding Smith Scholar.
Mr. Clark was named one of the top general commercial litigation lawyers in Utah in the 2003-2009 editions of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers. Comments from the 2009 edition noted that Mr. Clark "consistently gets great results." He was also listed in the 2004-2010 editions of Utah Business Magazine's Legal Elite in business litigation, The Best Lawyers in America 2007-2010 editions, Corporate Counsel 2008 edition and the 2007-2009 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers.
