Jeremy Adamson is a member of the firm's commercial litigation group. He has represented clients in commercial and securities litigation matters as well as regulatory and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Adamson worked for the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell and more recently as a member of the in-house legal team for a mortgage servicing company where he managed litigation matters nationwide involving various types of claims including claims arising from the Real Estate Settlement Procedures, Truth in Lending Acts and other consumer protection statutes, breach of contract claims, title disputes, and fraud suits.
Mr. Adamson worked as an extern for the United States Attorneys Office in San Jose, California. He earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School, cum laude and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. He is licensed to practice in Utah and California.
