Jeremy Adamson is a member of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless' commercial litigation group. He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, securities litigations, regulatory enforcement actions and internal investigations.
Additionally, Mr. Adamson has experience representing employers in employment litigation, including the defense of Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and has represented financial institutions in the defense of various consumer finance matters.
Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Adamson worked for the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Adamson also worked as an extern for the United States Attorneys Office in San Jose, California. He earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School, cum laude and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. He is licensed to practice in Utah and California.
Mr. Adamson has been recognized in the 2013 edition of Utah Business magazine as one of Utah’s Legal Elite “Up & Coming” lawyers in the area of civil litigation.
