EMINENT DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
Paul Drecksel practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on eminent domain and real estate matters. He has a unique and balanced perspective on the subject as he has spent approximately half his time representing condemning authorities and the balance representing landowners subject to condemnations. He has tried eminent domain cases to juries and the bench and recently recovered over $11 million on behalf of a landowner who lost his land to condemnation.
Mr. Drecksel is often asked to write and speak on the subject of eminent domain.
