Michael Black is a member of the firm's litigation group. He specializes in complex commercial litigation and federal and state tax controversy work. Mr. Black has substantial experience in the areas of federal income taxation and state and local income and sales tax. He earned a LL.M With Distinction from Georgetown University.
Mr. Black was listed in the 2009 and 2011 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers and the 2011 edition of Utah Business magazine's Legal Elite.
