DIRECT MARKETING EXPERIENCE
Heidi Leithead focuses her practice on employment law, representing management in counseling and litigation-related issues before federal and state courts and administrative agencies regarding employee policies and agreements, discrimination (age, disability, race, gender, religion, and other protected class status), sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, breach of privacy, and defamation.
Ms. Leithead has substantial experience representing multi-level marketing clients in the area of employment, including issues related to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and employment termination.
Ms. Leithead is a frequent presenter on the topic of employment law.
