INSURANCE COVERAGE & DEFENSE EXPERIENCE
Darren Nelson has extensive experience in the area of commercial litigation, assisting clients with a broad range of disputes including real estate and title claims, product liability, business and employment litigation. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, including trial work and preparation, arbitrations, injunctions, mediation, settlements and appeals. Mr. Nelson has tried numerous cases before both United States District courts and Utah State trial courts.
In the area of insurance defense, Mr. Nelson has handled matters related to personal injury arising from automobile accidents and premises liability. In addition, he has handled title insurance, general liability and construction defense cases.
