Daniel Barnett focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction and natural resources law.
Mr. Barnett earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology cum laude at Miami University in 1985 before pursuing graduate studies in Geology and Geochemistry at Dartmouth College where he earned his Masters of Science and his Ph.D.
Mr. Barnett was listed in the 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers. He was selected by his peers as one of Utah's Legal Elite in business litigation for 2011 in Utah Business magazine.
