Dale Hansen is a member of the firm's Business Section. He has significant experience with the airline industry, particularly in the area of aircraft acquisition and lease financing, maintenance agreements and general operational issues. He also specializes in corporate entity organization and structuring, partnership and corporate tax issues, as well as estate planning and administration.
Mr. Hansen is an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University Law School where he teaches courses on tax and advising closely held businesses.
