Bruce Maak was a founding member of the firm and is currently of counsel. His experience includes mediation, arbitration, and trial and appellate litigation of real estate title, title insurance, and construction disputes and claims.
Mr. Maak is admitted to all state and federal courts sitting in the State of Utah, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was an Adjunct Professor of Law, Legal Writing, at the University of Utah College of Law.
Mr. Maak was named one of the top real estate lawyers in Utah in the 2003 and 2004 editions of Chambers' America's Leading Business Lawyers. He was also listed in the 2007-2013 editions of Best Lawyers in America, the 2007-2012 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers, and the 2005-2013 editions of Utah Business magazine's Legal Elite in real estate.
