Aircraft Mergers & Acquisitions
Parr Brown lawyers assist clients with airline mergers and acquisitions, finance and leasing of commercial and private aircraft. Parr Brown has represented both commercial airlines (primarily SkyWest Airlines and Atlantic Southeast Airlines) and private individuals with respect to all aspects of acquiring, financing and operating aircraft. Parr Brown also represents commercial trust groups in connection with aircraft financing transactions.
In 2010, attorneys from Parr Brown served as the legal advisors for SkyWest in the $133 million agreement to acquire of ExpressJet Holdings, Inc., the parent company of ExpressJet Airlines, Inc.
